The raw fruit is washed, peeled, diced to 20 x 20 mm (± 2 mm), and individually quick frozen to preserve natural flavor, color, and nutritional value. This product is designed for food manufacturing and horeca use where consistent cut size, clean appearance, and controlled microbiological standards are required.
