SK1 (Scorched Kernel Grade 1) is a fully roasted whole cashew kernel, grade 1, with uniform pale yellow-brown color and scorch marks covering less than 25% of the surface. Evenly crispy with a characteristic natural roasted aroma. This is the highest quality roasted grade in the SK group. Suitable for ready-to-eat snacks, commercial packaging, beer and cocktail accompaniments, and premium gifts.
