Cashew Kernel DWT3 — Scorched Whole Grade 3

DWT3 (Scorched Whole Grade 3) is the highest scorch level in the DWT group, with dark brown to near-black color covering more than 50% of the kernel surface. Shape remains intact but texture is harder due to intense heat. Very strong, distinctive roasted aroma. Used in cold-pressed cashew oil production and dark cashew paste manufacturing.
