The peppercorns are processed through state-of-the-art machinery (Machine Cleaned) including stone separators, dust extractors, and gravity separators to eliminate impurities (down to 0.2% max). The highlight of this product is the rigorous grading process through a sieve system, ensuring 80-85% of the peppercorns are retained on a 5.0 mm mesh, yielding solid berries with the best appearance.
